What payment options do I have in the online shop?

How can I purchase or redeem a voucher?
Vouchers are available in our stores as well as through the online shop and can be redeemed both online and in our stores.
Shipping + returns
How much does shipping and returns cost?
Shipping for your order within Germany costs a flat rate of €5. For orders over €80, we cover the shipping costs (sale items are excluded). Returns to one of our stores are always free. Simply bring your order confirmation, invoice, or delivery note, either printed or as a PDF. A processing fee of €3 will be charged for returns, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For orders from abroad, the return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 5 working days of placing your order. During promotional periods, delays may occur due to high order volumes. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email with further details and a link to track your order online. Your order will be processed immediately by our dispatch team, and you will receive another confirmation email once it has been picked up by the shipping service provider. Delivery within Germany takes approximately 2-4 working days. Please note that delivery times may take longer due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., strikes, staff shortages, etc.). Please also note that it may take a few days before the shipment information is available online.
Can I also order from you from abroad?
Yes, we are happy to ship to the following countries. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
Can I exchange my order in the shop?
Of course! Just drop by one of our stores and bring your order confirmation, invoice, or delivery note, either printed or as a PDF. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it.
Why is an item missing from my order?
Our shipping team makes every effort to process all orders conscientiously and reliably. However, if an error has crept into your order, we apologize and apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team in this case, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What should I do if I want to return my order?
If you would like to return a single item or an entire order, you can download your return label here. If you have any questions or problems, simply write to our customer service: support@brokeundschoen.de. We will then send you a return label via email.
Can I exchange the size or color of my item?
You can exchange an item for a different size and color in one of our stores free of charge, provided the item is available in store. You must bring the item you wish to exchange and your order or shipping confirmation.
If you wish to exchange an item online, you will need to complete a return and reorder the item.
How long does it take until I have the refund in my account?
Once you see on your tracking information that we've received your return, it usually takes up to 14 business days for us to inspect and credit your return.
Unfortunately, delays may be occurring at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we will process your return as quickly as possible.
