Delivery

How long does my delivery take?

It usually takes a maximum of 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. During a busy period like sale it might take a bit longer. Delivery to a German address usually takes 2-4 business days. Please note that deliveries might be affected by external factors (like strikes, epidemics, etc.) that are beyond our control. We are always trying our best to ship your order as fast as possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is ready to ship, we send you a confirmation with all the details and a tracking link via E-mail. Please note that it might take a few days for your tracking information to be accessible.

How much are deliveries and returns?

Deliveries inside of Germany cost 2,95€. Over 70€ shipping is free (Sale items excluded). Returns in all of our stores are always free. For postal returns a fee of 2,95€ is deducted from the total refund. Any fees to return international orders must be paid by the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the following countries. Please note varying shipping fees.

Can I return my order in store?

Sure! Just bring your order confirmation, your invoice or your delivery note printed or as a PDF. You have 30 days to return any item in store.

Why is an item missing in my order?

Our warehouse team always tries their best to pack your orders with great care, but sometimes mistakes can happen. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer support to fix this issues as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can change your order as long as it is not shipped yet. Just send an E-mail to our customer service.

Return & Refund

How do I return my order?

If you want to return one item or your whole order, please register your return in our Retourenportal.

If you have any questions or are experiencing any issues, please contact our customer support: support@brokeundschoen.de. We are able to send you your return label via E-mail.

How long do you take returns?

If you want to return something you have 30 days to do so. The date that's important is the date the return was handed over to delivery supplier, not the date it arrives at our warehouse.

Do I have to pay for returns?

All items can be returned in store for free. For postal returns a fee of 2,95€ is deducted from the total refund. International returns must be paid by the customer at all times.

Can I change the size or color of an item?

You can exchange an item in one of our shops, if it is available. Just bring the items you want to exchange, your order confirmation or your invoice.

If you want to exchange something online, you have to place a new order.

How much time do refunds take?

Once your package is back in our warehouse please allow us 7-14 business days to process your refund.

Are any items non-returnable?

No, all items can be returned. However, all items must be in good condition, unworn, not washed and all tags must be intact.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We offer the following payment methods:

How is your sizing?

Since our products come from different brands and suppliers it is difficult to generalize. As a benchmark we include the measurements of any piece in size S. If something doesn't fit right, you can always return it.

Can I buy a gift card?

You can buy online gift cards here in our Online Shop. You can also buy physical gift cards in our stores. Please note that online gift cards cannot be used in our stores and physical store gift cards cannot be used online.

Can I use gift cards online and in store?

Online gift cards cannot be used in store, store gift cards cannot be used online.
