30-Day Return Policy (Orders from Germany)

You can return items from your order free of charge at one of our stores within 30 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price. For returns by post, a processing fee of €3.95 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items purchased in our stores cannot be returned or exchanged online. These items are subject to a 14-day return policy in unused condition from the date of purchase.

30-Day Returns (International Orders)

For orders from abroad, return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer. You can return items from your order to us within 30 days. For returns by post, a processing fee of €3.95 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please send your return to the following address. How does the return process work?

Please pack the items you wish to return and print the return label. Affix the label so that any existing shipping labels are covered. You can then drop off the package free of charge at a DHL Paketshop of your choice (Germany only).

When will I receive my refund?

Once you see in the tracking that we have received your return, it currently takes us approx. 7-14 business days to check and credit it.
