30-Day Return Policy (Orders from Germany)

You can return items from your order free of charge within 30 days to one of our stores and receive a full refund. For returns by mail, a €3 processing fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items purchased in our stores cannot be returned or exchanged online.

30-Day Return Shipping (International Orders)

For orders from abroad, return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer. You are welcome to return items from your order to us within 30 days. For returns by mail, a €3 processing fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please send your return to the following address. We recommend that you send it insured.

How does the return process work?

Please pack the items you wish to return and print the return label. Attach the label so that any existing shipping labels are covered. You can then drop off the package free of charge at a DHL parcel shop of your choice (Germany only).

We will then send you the return label via email.

When will I receive my refund?

Once you see in the tracking information that we have received your return, we currently need approximately 7-14 business days to inspect and credit it.
