Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.

A. Right of Withdrawal

  • Right of Withdrawal
    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
    The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last good.

  • Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Broke Berlin GmbH, Kastanienallee 19-20, 10435 Berlin, Germany, Tel: +49 30 837 99533, Email: kundenservice@brokeberlin.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

  • Timeliness of Withdrawal
    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

  • Consequences of Withdrawal
    If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
    We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

  • Returning the Goods
    You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
    You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Liability for Diminished Value
    You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Notes:

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging, with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection from transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Do not return the goods to us "freight collect" (unpaid postage).
  3. Please note that the above points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
