Standard home delivery with DHL

How long does shipping take?
Your order is generally ready for shipment no later than 5 working days after ordering. During promotional periods, there may be delays due to high order volumes. Delivery within Germany takes approx. 2-4 working days. Please note that the shipping time of the parcel services can also take longer due to acute exceptional circumstances (e.g. strikes, staff shortages, etc.).

Please note that for orders from abroad, customs duties may be incurred for shipping and return shipping, for which we do not assume any responsibility.
Undeliverable packages
If we are unable to deliver a package according to the shipping methods you have chosen, it will be automatically returned to us.
What does return shipping cost?
All items can be returned free of charge in one of our stores. A processing fee of €3.95 will be charged for returns, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
All our prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to change any prices and product information. Some items are only available in selected stores.
