30-day return policy (orders from Germany)

You can return items from your order free of charge to one of our stores within 30 days and receive a full refund. A processing fee of €3.95 will be charged for returns by mail, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items purchased in our stores cannot be returned or exchanged online. For these items, there is a 14-day return policy for unused items from the date of purchase.

30-day return policy (international orders)

For international orders, the return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer. You can return items from your order to us within 30 days. Please send your return to the following address. We recommend that you send it via insured shipping.

How does the return process work?

Please pack the items you wish to return and print the return label. Affix the label so that any existing shipping labels are covered. You can then drop off the package free of charge at a DHL Paketshop of your choice (Germany only).

When will I receive my refund?

Once you see in the tracking that we have received your return, it currently takes us approx. 7-14 business days to check and credit it.
